The bungalow includes a lounge fitted with a new three piece suite, ceiling fan, wall unit and coffee table together with a large flat screen T.V. A satellite decoder is also present to receive all movies and sports channels apart from normal BBC and ITV stations. In addition and to compliment this we have full surround sound five speaker plus bass unit system fitted, a DVD / CD player and telephone. All of this is complimented by a feature log fireplace and gas heating system plus a very large 10 ft by six ft picture window with a fantastic view overlooking the lake.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, double sink, microwave, hob, an oven with rotisserie and plenty of worktop space. The bathroom contains a shower and is set in Spanish tile and includes a mahogany vanity unit.

The bathroom is fitted to luxury standard, by this we mean a large semi circular glass shower with seating, mirrors, six directional jets, one large overhead outlet and the usual hand held spray. The vanity unit contains two sinks set in marble tops double mirror and lighting. A towel drier, heater and hair drier are also present.


Two master bedrooms boast double beds, one is fitted with DVD/ LCD television the other with a C.D player. Both are completed with double wardrobes and bedroom three has two single beds, a wardrobe and extra storage space. The building itself has the most superb views from every aspect and is draped in a grapevine.
